It seems like they will wait until right before close to follow up with you about anything. This happened to me two days in a row while I was waiting on diagnostics and I finally just told them I needed my car back. Didn't even have time to get it fixed. This place used to be so reliable, but now I always feel like I'm being taken advantage of.
